Delete my data

Effective date: 2026-07-26 (matches the privacy policy it summarizes)

You can delete everything GrandPlan knows about you at any time, right in the app: open Settings → Delete my data and confirm. There is no waiting period and nothing to email. That one action:

• clears what's on your device — your saved places, planned trips, Guide conversation, settings, and your anonymous identifier;
• removes what's tied to that identifier on our servers — problem reports, saved places, planned trips, and your subscription record;
• and returns the app to a fresh install.

Prefer to ask a person, or no longer have the app installed? Write to privacy@grandplanapp.com — the same address the privacy policy names for every deletion request, including removing yourself from the launch list on this website.

Worth repeating: GrandPlan never collects data about the kids in your life in the first place — no names, no photos, no birthdays. What isn't collected never needs deleting. The privacy policy's "Your choices and rights" section covers retention details.
